SPORTS EQUIPMENT & APPAREL

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services necessary to provide sports equipment and athletic apparel for Riverside Indian School athletic programs, including baseball, softball, cross country, basketball, track, and golf. The scope includes supplying sport-specific equipment, athletic apparel (uniforms, warm-ups, practice jerseys, shorts, pants, jackets, socks, hats, and other team clothing), athletic footwear and protective equipment (helmets, pads, gloves, and other required safety gear), equipment bags, training aids, accessories, and replacement parts. The contractor must ensure apparel is available in a variety of sizes, apply school names, logos, player numbers, lettering, or embroidery when requested, deliver all products to the designated campus location, replace any defective, damaged, or incorrectly ordered items at no additional cost, and coordinate with the athletic department to ensure equipment and apparel meet the needs of each sport and comply with applicable league or association requirements.
