The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. The contractor must manufacture and deliver 13 units of DIFFERENTIAL, STEERING (NSN 2520-01-174-7634, Mfr Part Number 11650147) with a 100% option for an additional 13 units. Delivery is FOB Destination to DLA Distribution Anniston, AL, 520 days after award. The contractor must comply with military preservation and packing levels, MIL-STD-2073-1, and Special Packaging Instruction AK11747634. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin. The contractor must provide supply chain traceability documentation if not the manufacturer, and comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality requirements, CMMC Level 2 cybersecurity, and item unique identification (IUID) marking per DFARS 252.211-7003.
