Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) for various items for CCHCF Laboratory Department and additional five (5) departments

The contractor shall provide various supplies on an as-needed basis for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Laboratory Department and additional five (5) Departments: Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Micro-Biology, and Point of Care testing, in strict accordance with the attached Specifications. The supplies include a wide range of laboratory items such as blood collection tubes, controls, reagents, timers, slides, and other consumables as listed in the specifications. The BPA has a base period from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, and one option period from September 1, 2027, to August 31, 2028, with delivery required by August 31, 2028.
