The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and expertise necessary to perform all tasks described in this PWS. This includes, but is not limited to, the safe removal and disposal of the legacy analog system (both indoor and outdoor elements), installation of new IP-based head-end and endpoint hardware, software licensing, system integration, physical cabling, testing, and comprehensive training. The Contractor shall connect all buildings on the installation where physical pathway connectivity is available. The Contractor shall provide, install, and configure all active network switches, patch panels, network racks, transceivers, and patch cables. The Contractor shall run new Category 6/6a cabling from local switches to all new IP endpoints. The Contractor shall provide and install a hardware/software integration gateway to interface the new indoor IP-based Paging System with the existing legacy outdoor siren system. The Contractor shall integrate the IP-Based Paging System with the Government's existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) system.
