The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and industry expertise to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual comprehensive water sample collection and testing per AAMI ST108 at the WCHCS VA Medical Center in Grand Junction, CO. Monthly tasks include collecting and testing water samples from specified locations (TL1, TL2, TL5, TL6, TL7, TL12, TL13) and providing electronic reports within 5 business days. Quarterly tasks include collecting and testing water samples from specified locations (TL3, TL4, TL8, TL9, TL10, TL11) and providing electronic reports. Annual tasks include a Critical Water test for Ionic Characteristics at specified locations. Non-routine comprehensive water testing is also required for failed tests, infrastructure modifications, or concerns by the SPS Chief. The Contractor must report any deficiencies to the COR prior to leaving the station each day.
