The contractor will perform comprehensive renovation works at U.S. Government property 12/189, including driveway repair and resurfacing, rebuilding a section of the perimeter wall, septic tank repair, installation of new floor tiles, installation of handrails, ceiling replacement, replacement of door and screen frames, upgrading plumbing from galvanized pipes to PPR pipes, and comprehensive electrical system upgrades. The work also includes masonry repairs, carpentry work such as replacing ceilings and cornices, and plumbing work including replacing all fittings in bathrooms. The contractor must supply all materials and fittings unless otherwise specified, and work shall be carried out in conformance with the Statement of Work, Specifications, General Conditions, and Contract Terms and Conditions.
