The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing a presolicitation notice for a requirement entitled, “Maintenance of NRC Codes Five (MONC-V)”

Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 31310026R0023 will be posted on, or about, July 1, 2026 as full and open competition under FAR Part 15. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be on, or about, 30 days thereafter. This solicitation is open to all business size standards.
RFP No. 31310026R0023 will be distributed solely through www.sam.gov.
All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through www.SAM.gov . Interested parties are responsible for monitoring www.SAM.gov to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any cost associated with responding to this business opportunity.
Vendors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive a government contract award. Vendors must also be registered in Representations and Certifications Applications (included in SAM). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable (541690 listed above) to this acquisition must be in vendor's SAM registration.
