The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for interior renovovations in the 126 Air Refueling Wing Headquarters building.
Please refer to the attached document titled "Combined Synopsis-Solicitation_W50S7S26Q0016" for full details regarding this requirement. The attached document contains the complete Statement of RFO Compliance, Requirement Description, Line Item Structure (CLIN 0001), Site Visit Instructions, Bonds and Payment Protection information, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors).
Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation attachment and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform interior repairs, reconfiguration, and renovations on the first and second floors of Building 5000 (126ARW Headquarters) at Scott AFB, IL. Work includes partitioning Room 138 into two private offices for the Recruiting Squadron (CLIN 001), reconfiguring the second-floor MSG Command Suite including demolition of a glass wall, new partition construction, new LED lighting, new carpet, ceiling grid, and HVAC adjustments (CLIN 002), and an additive option for a glass double-door entrance, wood slat ceiling tiles, transom windows, and chair rail (CLIN 003).
