Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1238 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for system for high-resolution, single cell spatial transcriptomics in accordance with the Terms and conditions of this solicitation and Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (Brand Name 10X Genomics or Equal).
This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must deliver and install a system capable of high-quality, in-situ cell barcoding and subsequent single-cell level whole transcriptome sequencing of cattle gut tissues. The system must offer both probe-based and 3' poly-A based capture, be compatible with fresh frozen, fixed frozen, and FFPE tissues, and be equipped with ultra-high-density probes (more than 10 million, 2x2 µm barcoded squares). The contractor must provide all critical reagents and slides, certified training on operating the instrument, and ensure the instrument performs at original factory-level performance. The system must be compatible with the pre-installed 10X Chromium system in the laboratory.
