Overview of the project:
The U.S. Embassy has a project requirement to repair a section of the 103 Roi Baudouin residence Compound front perimeter wall that collapsed due to a big tree roof and a heavy rain. In addition to the collapsed portion, several addition feet will need to be rebuilt due to be unstable after the collapse. The wall is estimated to be 22m long, with the exact length needed to be repaired to be revealed during the walkthrough stage of the project solicitation.
The contractor will also make sure to replace the damaged electrical wire as well as lights, to replace the concertina wire, backfill the entrance parking and then replace the pavers.
The selected contractor will supply all labor, materials and equipment required to successfully complete this project. All material will be inspected and approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) before installation can start.
The project must be completed in 60 days, and the offer must be submitted in English.
