Digital Two Way Radios (License Free Band)

The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and expertise to deliver a fully functional Digital Two-Way Radio system. This includes procuring and delivering 75 radio bundles (each with a radio, single-unit charger, swivel clip holster, whip antenna, and lithium-ion battery) and one 6-pocket multi-unit charger within 30 days of award. The contractor must also provide one virtual staff training session for approximately 10 people, a 2-year extended repair plan covering parts and labor for up to four years beyond the manufacturer's warranty, and all required documentation. The radios must operate on a license-free 900MHz UHF band (902-928 MHz), be MIL-STD 810G compliant, and have an IP54 rating.
