The City of St. Louis Treasurer's Office is seeking a manufacturer or authorized dealer to provide, install, and maintain a new parking revenue control system for nine parking facilities totaling 4,819 spaces.
The successful proposer will upgrade revenue control equipment for all Parking Facilities, including dismantling, removing, and disposing of existing equipment, and installing new equipment with labor and materials. The proposer must also provide on-going maintenance, warranty coverage, and a service/maintenance plan. The equipment must include at minimum the components listed in Exhibit 1, and the proposer may propose additional equipment and services such as cashier stations, pay-on-foot stations, online validation, in-lane assist camera systems, and smartphone payment capability. The proposer must also provide operations manuals and training at no additional cost.
